- e-Gift Voucher can be used/clubbed with existing offers in store.
- Protect the e-Gift Voucher number and PIN to avoid misuse. Brand/Company shall not assume any liability in case the e-Gift Voucher PIN gets stolen/compromised. Brand/Company shall neither replace the e-Gift Voucher nor refund cash.
- If user QR code is delivered it cannot be used for redeeming.
- Any dispute relating to the e-Gift Voucher shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts at Bangalore.
- Responsibility of Accentiv shall be limited only upto the delivery of e-Gift Voucher Code to the final customer.
- Accentiv shall not be responsible for any misuse, theft, transfer, etc. occurred after delivery of the said e-Gift Voucher Code."
- E-Gift Cards are normally delivered instantly. But sometimes due to system issues, the delivery can be delayed up-to 24 - 48 hours.
