- e-Gift Voucher cannot be en-cashed or refunded and can be redeemed only on purchase of the Body Shop products.
- The Body Shop e-Gift Voucher are valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
- No cash will be refunded even if purchase value is less than voucher value.
- Unlimited e-Gift Voucher can be clubbed against single billing.

- E-Gift Cards are normally delivered instantly. But sometimes due to system issues, the delivery can be delayed up-to 24 - 48 hours.
