- This Voucher Code is issued by ICICI to add money to Swiggy Wallet Powered by ICICI.
- Use of money in Swiggy Wallet powered by ICICI will be subject to terms and conditions available at https://www.icicibank.com/terms-condition/tnc-for-swiggy-money.page
- For users having the Swiggy Wallet powered by ICICI account already activated the amount will be uploaded in the wallet once these voucher codes are redeemed by the end user in Swiggy application.
- Users not having Swiggy Wallet powered by ICICI account need to login to the Swiggy application and create Swiggy account to use these voucher codes.
- Users will need to perform a one time verification before utilizing the Swiggy Wallet powered by ICICI by filling the KYC (Know Your Customer details), if not already done.
- Once the amount is loaded to Swiggy Wallet powered by ICICI, the amount cannot be expired
- The amount is Swiggy Wallet powered by ICICI can only be used on food orders and to avail Swiggy Super offers on the platform
- The amount cannot be taken out/transferred from Swiggy Wallet powered by ICICI
- The amount can be used in multiple transactions
- The amount covers taxes, packaging charges, delivery fee.
- Users can avail/club existing offers in the website and pay through Swiggy Money Wallet.
- Users can load upto Rs.10,000 into the Swiggy Money wallet at a time per month as per RBI guidelines
- In case of any cancellation of orders paid through Swiggy Money Wallet, the refund amount will be credited to Swiggy Money wallet governed by Swiggy refund policy https://www.swiggy.com/refund-policy

- E-Gift Cards are normally delivered instantly. But sometimes due to system issues, the delivery can be delayed up-to 24 - 48 hours.
Go to the account section on the Swiggy App.
Click on 'Swiggy Money' and click on 'Activate Swiggy Money'.
Complete minimum KYC, if not already done.
Click on the “Add Voucher” link on the Swiggy Money page.
Enter your voucher code along with your pin.
