- E-Gift Vouchers can only be redeemed at exclusive ONLY brand stores. For store details refer address below.
- E-Gift vouchers cannot be redeemed in multi brand stores, SIS outlets, Franchise Outlets, or online
- E-Gift voucher is valid for 6 months from the date of purchase. Any amount not utilised by the user/ purchaser of the card, upon the expiry of the card, will be forfeited by the Issuer
- E-Gift Voucher is redeemable on all days of the week. E-Gift voucher details is to mandatorily be submitted at ONLY store billing desk before the billing starts.
- Multiple E-Gift vouchers (Upto to 5 Vouchers) be combined in a single transaction
E-Gift voucher is valid for one time use only & the entire amount needs to be redeemed in a single transaction. Any balance pending after the first usage shall expire immediately.
- Any amount in excess of the value of the E-Gift voucher, must be paid via alternate payment modes available at the store.
- E-Gift Vouchers can be clubbed with the on-going offers/ schemes
- E-Gift Voucher can be used during EOSS (End of Season Sale) and along with existing offers
- In case of return of a product paid for via E-Gift Vouchers, the said amount would be available as credit note to be redeemed at exclusive ONLY stores.
- This E-Gift Voucher is non-returnable and non-refundable, neither is it encashable in part or whole

- In case of any dispute regarding this E-Gift Voucher, the decision of ONLY Retail Pvt. Ltd. shall be final and binding and all the disputes arising in respect of this voucher shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Mumbai courts only.

- Responsibility of Accentiv shall be limited only upto the delivery of e-Gift Voucher Code to the final customer.
- Accentiv shall not be responsible for any misuse, theft, transfer, etc. occurred after delivery of the said e-Gift Voucher Code.
- E-Gift Cards are normally delivered instantly. But sometimes due to system issues, the delivery can be delayed up-to 24 - 48 hours.
